WE MADE IT!
Later, I'll upload some pictures that I took traveling to my homestay destination.
To summarize the trip: the flight was long, the tube ride felt LONGER, and the rain felt familiar despite the traffic!
Luckily for us, our homestay parent located my roommate and I walking along the road from the station we left. Two lost-looking girls with heavy luggage along the sidewalk would have been a big clue anyway, and not trouble from anyone.
We're happily settled, and quietly blogging about our experience in our room and we've got all our stuff unpacked!
